A Football Life, Week 3

We’re just about a quarter of the way through the regular season of my fantasy football league, and while one conference is starting to spread out, the other is like a can of sardines.

Evan Ash is getting a lot of press on this blog as he has now made it three straight weeks that he is a top-2 scorer, reclaiming his spot from Week 1 as the leading scorer in the league.

This week’s winners averaged 101.3 points, down eight points from last week. The losing teams averaged 77.3 points, down 14 points from Week 2.

There are just two undefeated teams left, and they’ll face each other in Week 4’s Game of the Week.

Check out the review of week 3 below (team names have been changed to the names of their owners):

Game of the Week: Anthony B. at Eric M.

In one of the lowest-scoring matchups of the young season, Calvin Johnson, Matt Ryan and the Seattle defense carried Anthony to an 89.1-72.8 victory over Eric.
